  WHY IS PINK OUR COLOUR?

As a child we were introduced to pâtisserie with candies,
and in Europe most candies are pink. The colour pink is
the basis for European pâtisserie.
Although, today, the pink colour is claimed by other groups as well, it is still the colour of sweet gastronomy.
At European trade shows our team presents a great kitchen where dozens of pâtissiers do their demonstrations and they all wear their pink chefs jackets. There are even pâtisserie brigades in the European kitchens that are all proudly wearing their pink jackets.
